Vision Board Video Launch

Last week I talked about my Vision Board...something I've been doing for years.

So you can imagine how excited I was when my friend, Joyce Schwarz, asked me to write a short essay on erotic meditation for her book, The Vision Board: The Secret to an Extraordinary Life.

Vision boards are not just for writers. You can use a vision board to achieve your dreams, whatever they are.

Want to lose weight?

Check out the story of Donna Kozik in the video I shot at Joyce's Launch Party at the Loews Hotel in Santa Monica, CA. (Click HERE for updated LINK on Donna's how to stop overeating podclass).

(If you ever want to have a party, Loews Hotel is the place! A beautiful hotel located on the beach...)

Here's the video where you'll meet all kinds of interesting people, including Joyce herself!

So, have you started your vision board yet?

I hadn't imagined there would have been a conference about this. How fascinating! I like the idea of everyone setting goals for transforming their lives the way they want. We all need more of that. Thanks Jina!

Hi, Michelle -- the conference revolved around panels on the emerging digital world in Hollywood; Joyce's book signing was a special event held during the conference.

She had a wonderful turnout and as you can see in the video, a diverse group of people and their vision boards are in her book.

I posted the video to show how vision boards can help with many aspects of your life in addition to writing.

You're welcome, Wynter! As I mentioned, a really diverse group...I really enjoyed speaking with Donna Kozik afterward about marketing plans re: book publishing, etc. She's very savvy and knowledgable in that area.

All the people I highlighted have something fun, sexy and/or unusual to talk about! Hope you enjoyed it.
